Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial payment if no work has commenced. Once development begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party services (domain, hosting, licenses)
• Completed work and delivered milestones
• Custom development after client approval
• Maintenance and support fees

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel with written notice. Client will be billed for work completed up to cancellation date.
